The philosophy is pretty clear in my mind. I need to be a healthier person spiritually, physically and nutritionally. The rest will take care of itself.
But I would be lying to myself if I didn’t admit that the driver here is my obesity and my current weight. So, I do have some specific goals, short term and long term, in mind:
- Lose at least 1 lb a week.
- I want to be at 300 or less in six weeks.
- I want to be at 275 or less by Christmas.
- I want to be at 250 or less by July 4th, 2013.
- I want to do an Olympic Triathalon by the end of 2013
Ambitious. But these are my goals.
I will make it.
